The twenty-seven texts are presented in date order of their composition, free of chapter and verse and laid out to the writers’ divisions and sub-divisions which reveal the writing intentions of the writers, their purposes for their texts and their meanings, all for the very first time in eighteen-hundred years. Everyone can now read the texts as the first readers did and understand them for what they are and for what they communicate.

Between AD 50 and 150, seventeen or so writers created twenty-seven carefully crafted Greek documents, but before very long, as they were translated into Latin and Old Syriac, these texts were robbed (and their readers subsequently) of their compositional discipline, the writers’ divisions and sub-divisions. This book restores the New Testament’s texts to what they were and, as it does, it challenges the currents and consensuses of New Testament scholarship. Indeed, the conclusion that is reached is that the church for the past eighteen centuries has neither known nor properly understood its own texts!
